• Your account and sign-in identity (email address, or the linked Google / Apple sign-in)
• Your profile: display name and avatar
• All of your cloud-synced app data: daily check-ins (journal text, amounts, mood, urge level), streak, money saved, key contacts, goals, and reminder settings

These are removed permanently and cannot be restored afterwards.

• Recovery stories you published to the community. Posts that were approved and are visible to other people stay online. They are shown anonymously and never carry your name, email, or profile. They stay because other people in recovery rely on them, and because removing them would break replies and reactions from others. If you want a specific post taken down as well, say so in the same email and name the post — we will remove it.
• An internal author reference for those posts, kept only for content moderation and abuse handling. It is never shown to other users.
• Records we are legally required to keep, such as purchase and refund records held by Apple or Google. We do not control those; see their respective policies.

• 你已发布到社区的戒赌故事。已通过审核、其他人能看到的投稿会继续保留。 它们以匿名形式展示，不含你的姓名、邮箱或个人资料。保留是因为其他正在戒赌的人会依赖这些内容， 而删掉会让别人的回应和鼓励一起失效。 如果你希望连同某篇投稿一起删除，在同一封邮件里说明并指出是哪一篇，我们会删掉。
• 这些投稿对应的内部作者标识，仅用于内容审核与滥用处理，不会展示给任何用户。
